    工作职责:

    Vacancy –Graphic Designer of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)

    AIIB would like to select suitable candidates to fill the position of Graphic Designer. Monthly salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between RMB 12,000 and 17,000 yuan which is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated by applicants in the interview and experiences.

    The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) requires the services of a Graphic Designer with a substantive design and layout portfolio.
    Instructions and communications within the Bank are in English. Candidates must be able to communicate well, client-oriented and responsive to client queries. Professionalism, punctuality, observation of deadlines, dedication to completing projects with quality and on time are essential.

    The Graphic Designer must have expert-level technical skills in using graphic and composition software and their commercial applications to digital and print media.
    The successful candidate will develop in-house creatives and may be assigned to liaise with an external agency in the creation of corporate publications, infographics, branded campaigns, newsletters, presentations, microsites, event collaterals and other projects of similar nature.

    Video editing skills would be an advantage. Experience with high-profile, international projects and clients preferred.

    Responsibilities:
    Assist the hiring unit in developing creatives to support their campaigns (from initial visual concepts to final artwork) in alignment with styles, brand guidelines, and priorities..
    Assist the hiring unit in sourcing, creating and choosing the appropriate style, graphics, images and other visual elements required for projects and adopt these according to the clients’ objectives.
    Organize the hiring unit’s visual assets in the network.
    Create designs independently with little supervision in a timely and accurate manner
    Manage workload, expectations, deadlines and priorities of all design work requests.
    Provide creative input and design recommendations on projects.
    Perform a wide range of design activities by showing lateral thinking in sorting out problems and presenting alternative solutions.
    Experience working with external vendors and production workflows
    Collaborate with the hiring unit on creating creative design solutions including infographics and charts used on digital and print channels with a detailed-oriented approach.
    Enhance design models with innovative approaches while following the AIIB brand.
    Experience with layout of publications.


    任职资格:

    Requirements:
    Written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
    Experience in digital publishing and interactive design.
    Deadline-conscious and responsive to clients, must be able to communicate project progress to clients and supervisors.
    Expert knowledge and experience in desktop publishing and layout and technical aspects of Adobe Creative Suite or Creative Cloud, particularly the Photoshop-Illustrator-InDesign-Acrobat workflow.
    Knowledge in optimizing file sizes and image quality for web publishing, mobile, PDFs and print.
    Understanding of and experience in corporate branding, layout, photo manipulation, color modes, color theory and typography.
    Must have the ability to revise one’s work to make a document or presentation clearer or more persuasive along with the discipline to stick to agreed-upon delivery deadlines.
    Candidate must be one who perseveres, an analytical thinker, results-focused, dynamic, flexible, highly collaborative and team oriented.
    Should have understanding of how communications and brand objectives are tied to the overall organizational strategy.
    Candidate should maintain confidentiality and integrity, possess strong work ethics and trustworthiness and work accurately with good attention to detail.


    Additional skills that would be an advantage:
    Knowledge in developing animations of visual data for use in video and digital publications is highly desired.
    Proven experience with photo editing and enhancement, photo composition and pre and postproduction workflows.
    Experience in designing visual identities for events, social media posts and editorial products (brochures, flyers, publications, stationery, etc.)


    The Graphic Designer will collaborate with AIIB colleagues on projects, develop impactful creative work and be a champion for the AIIB brand. The candidate must be able to communicate with internal clients, understand their requirements and translate requests into an effective design. This requires a high level of attention to detail, communication skills and tact.

    All output of the Graphic Designer in the course of performing their duties with AIIB will remain property of AIIB, from the raw and native files to the processed source file to the final output. All output should be prepared by the Graphic Designer depending on the eventual technology and format to be used, whether those files are optimized for the web, mobile, high-definition video, offset, digital or large format among other formats as needed. All files and file versions will be turned over to the hiring unit as soon as each project is finished.

    The successful candidate is not allowed to outsource the project in part or in whole to third parties. The Graphic Designer is expected to already have the necessary software and hardware required to complete the projects.
