    Vacancy –Travel Administration Assistant of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)

    AIIB would like to select suitable candidates to fill the position of Travel Administration Assistant. Monthly salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between RMB 12,000 and 17,000 yuan which is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated by applicants in the interview and experiences.

    Travel Administration Assistant

    FAS and FAS AFS team brief introduction
    Facilities and Administration Services Department covers the functions of facilities and administrative services and is in supervision of Administrative and Facilities Division, Corporate Procurement Unit, Record and Information Management Unit, and Security and Emergency Unit. The position is to be assigned in Administrative and Facilities Division to provide technical support and assist in overseeing the travel management company as a focus, etc.

    Responsibilities
    Assist in overseeing the travel management company (TMC) and participate in evaluating their performance and reviewing their service scope.
    Collaborate with TMC to address feedback from internal clients and assist in responding to clients regarding their feedback to TMC.
    Support in sourcing corporate hotels.
    Assist in negotiations with Airlines to secure discount rates.
    Assist in reviewing payment claims and provide assistance with vendor payments.
    Contribute to exploring cost-effective methods for booking overseas-originating tickets.
    Foster and maintain positive work relationship with airline companies, hotels and other service providers.
    Create and manage daily correspondence, reports, briefings and maintain up-to-date files and records.
    Compile comprehensive operational reports as needed.
    Provide assistance during Bank events including Annual Meeting.
    Provide logistical support for organizing meetings.
    Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.


    任职资格:

    Candidate Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree or above in public administration, English language, communications, and other related fields from a reputable university
    Sound knowledge of travel industry.
    Minimum 1-3 year of relevant experience.
    Proficiency in both verbal/written English and Chinese.
    Strong communication and coordination skills.
    Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic and organizational skills.
    Self-motivated and detail-oriented; capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines; being client orientated.
    Ability to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information.
    Demonstrated experience with MS Office Applications is a must.
