    Section 2 – Purpose of Job
    The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank, whose mission is financing the Infrastructure for Tomorrow – infrastructure with sustainability at its core. We began operations in Beijing in January 2016 and have since grown to 109 approved members worldwide. We are capitalized at USD 100 billion and Triple-A-rate by the major international credit rating agencies. Collaborating with partners, AIIB meets client’s needs by unlocking new capital and investing in infrastructure that is green, technology-enable and promotes regional connectivity.

    The Human Resources Department (HRD) is responsible for the development and implementation of AIIB’s human resource strategies, policies and programs to attract, hire, develop and retain talents. HRD also provides advice on Human Resources and Corporate Culture related issues to ensure that all relevant policies and actions are aligned with, and supporting the realization of AIIB’s mission, vision, corporate culture, corporate strategy and business goals, specifically in the areas of strategic staffing, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and recognition and rewards. The operating model of HRD is composed of the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the HR Business Partners (HRBPs).

    The HR Assistant (outsourced) will provide the full spectrum of daily operations and administrative support to the Learning and Development (L&D) function within the Human Resources Department and work closely with the bank’s HR professionals to provide excellent HR services.




    Section 3 – Accountabilities & Responsibilities

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Administration
    Assisting logistics for meetings with internal and external clients, participants, guests.
    Answering or redirecting HR related queries appropriately.
    Providing general administrative support to HR staff members.
    Providing procurement support to all related contracts in L&D.
    Preparing and drafting business correspondence, memos, etc.
    Reporting learning statistics from the Learning & Development Platform (LDP), including the mandatory and proprietary e-learning.
    Assisting with the scheduling of meetings, room bookings and refreshment bookings and logistics for induction trainings, and other events and meetings organized by HR Department.
    Supporting ad hoc projects and performing other administrative support as assigned.
    Supporting corporate culture, engagement, staff recognition and staff communication related activities and initiatives in coordination with the Officer (i.e., website development, best-practice research, and tool-implementation).

    Program Management

    Assisting with the launch and implementation of new L&D initiatives under the supervision of professional staff.
    Providing support to survey design and distribution, creation of training agenda, training material preparation, attendance record, etc.
    Liaising internally and externally to assist whole process of L&D events and programs (structure learning programs, workshop, culture sessions and ad-hoc learning requests)
    Supporting T&D data analysis and consolidation, including training needs analysis, satisfaction rate and attendance rate, etc.
    Offering recommendations on program improvements.
    Maintaining the Learning & Development Platform (LDP) up to date to ensure that staff have the latest learning offers from internal or external sources.

    Young Talent Programs (YTP)

    Supporting the program management of the Young Talent Programs, including but not limited to the Graduate Program, the Legal Associate Program and the Internship Program.
    Assisting in managing the procedures of YTP onboarding, offboarding and performance cycles.
    Providing support to Program survey design, distribution and data consolidation.
    Organizing YTP related events and activities.


    任职资格:

    Section 4 – Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
    • Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, economics, international relationships, communications and other related fields from a reputable university.
    • Minimum two years of relevant administrative support experience and program management in an international / financial institution.
    • Experience in a multicultural organization would be a plus.
    • Ability to work as a member of a team and build strong relationships within and outside the department.
    • Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English are essential.
    • Good interpersonal, diplomatic, and organizational skills.
    • High attention to details and sense of priority.
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities at the same time.
    • Independent, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
    • Energetic and enthusiastic with can do attitude.
    • Strong customer mindset to ensure optimal service delivery.
    • High level of integrity and trustworthiness are key.
