    Vacancy –HR Assistant of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)

Monthly salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between RMB 12,000 and 17,000 yuan which is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated by applicants in the interview and experiences.

    The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank whose mission is financing the Infrastructure for Tomorrow - infrastructure with sustainability at its core. We began operations in Beijing in January 2016 and have since grown to 109 approved members worldwide. We are capitalized up to USD100 billion and rated AAA by the major international credit rating agencies. Working with partners, AIIB meets clients’ needs by unlocking new capital and investing in infrastructure that is green, technology-enabled and promotes regional connectivity.

    The Human Resources Department (HRD) is responsible for the development and implementation of AIIB’s human resource strategies, policies and programs to attract, hire, develop and retain talents. HRD also provides advice on Human Resources and Corporate Culture related issues to ensure that all relevant policies and actions are aligned with, and supporting the realization of AIIB’s mission, vision, corporate culture, corporate strategy and business goals, specifically in the areas of strategic staffing, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and recognition and rewards.

    The operating model of HRD is composed of the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the HR Business Partners (HRBPs). The HR Assistant will work in the HR planning and policy team to provide full spectrum of daily operations and HR support to the team.

    Responsibilities:
    Support outsourced staff management, including but not limited to pre-screening, interview arrangement, on/offboarding, calculation of overtime pay, payroll review; training arrangement; accurately maintain and timely update of outsourced staff related files, record and documentations.
    Support implementation processes of HR initiatives and policy change;
    Monitor and track flexible work arrangements and maintain such records.
    Support secondment program and individual consultant related matters.
    Assist with Partner Support Program and other HR services, such as children schooling, etc.
    Support departmental budget management, personnel data management and assist with the workforce analysis.
    Manage departmental stationary, workspace arrangement, IT and non-IT assets, support procurement processes for HR projects as directed.
    Provide general administrative support to the team, manage team calendar and expense claims, provide logistic support to travel, activities, meetings and events.
    Answer or redirect HR-related queries, prepare and draft business correspondence, bulletins, memos, etc.
    Other tasks may be assigned by the supervisors from time to time


    任职资格:

    Requirements
    Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business management, international relationships, business analytics, English language, or other related fields from a reputable university.
    Minimum 1-2 years of relevant administrative support in an international/financial institution, previous experience as an HR Assistant is a plus.
    Fast learner, able to adapt to change and team player.
    Strong problem-solving and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, a high level of personal integrity and a sense of accountability, proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must, experience in using SAP is a plus.
