    Vacancy –HR Assistant of Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB)

    AIIB would like to select suitable candidates to fill the position of HR Assistant. Monthly salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between RMB 12,000 and 17,000 yuan which is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated by applicants in the interview and experiences.

    Human Resources Department (HRD) is responsible for the development and implementation of AIIB’s human resource strategies, policies, and programs to attract, hire, develop and retain talents. HRD also provides advice on Human Resources and Corporate Culture related issues to ensure that all relevant policies and actions are aligned with, and supporting the realization of AIIB’s mission, vision, corporate culture, corporate strategy and business goals, specifically in the areas of strategic staffing, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, succession planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, and recognition and rewards. The HRD strives to be a high performing business enabler, acting as a trusted partner to deliver strategic, proactive and client-oriented solutions. The HRD composed of the Centers of Excellence (COEs) and the HR Business Partners (HRBPs). The COEs houses specialized HR experts providing a focused approach and best industry practices towards key areas, while HRBPs are the primary HR contact for business units.

    The Employee Relations (ER) team will help to maintain positive employee relations and support the promotion of a productive, harmonious, respectful and inclusive work environment within AIIB. The ER team is looking for an HR Assistant who will provide the full spectrum of daily operations and administrative support to the team.

    Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
    1.Administrative support:
    oAssist the ER team with day-to-day tasks.
    oHelp to manage team calendar, expense claims, budget and procurement processes.
    oCoordinate logistics for travel, activities, meetings, and events.
    oAssist Staff Council, including arranging events, meetings and sessions, reimbursement and budget management for social clubs, arranging travel requests and expense reports for Staff Council.
    2.Documentation and reporting:
    oSupport to prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, and presentations.
    oHelp to ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of HR files.
    oOrganize electronic and physical HR files.
    3.Communication and correspondence:
    oHelp to respond to ER-related queries and redirect as necessary.
    oDraft business correspondence, presentations, and memos and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
    oFollow up on tasks and action items.
    4.Project coordination:
    oCoordinate tasks and projects within the ER team. Track progress and meet deadlines.
    oFacilitate communication among team members.
    5.Collaboration and relationship management:
    oCollaborate with other assistants of HRD to provide efficient service.
    oSupport ER team in HR initiatives.
    6.Miscellaneous tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as required and assigned by supervisor.


    任职资格:

    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, economics, international relationships, business analytics, management and other related fields from a reputable university.
    Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administrative support experience/HR assistant in an international/financial institution. Candidate having working experience in HR will be an added advantage.
    Fast learner, able to adapt to change and team player.
    Strong problem-solving and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, a high level of personal integrity and a sense of accountability, proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must, experience in using SAP is a plus.
