The Communications Department (COM) provides strategic advice and support on crafting messages, securing media coverage, sharing on social media, and building awareness with our stakeholders. COM is recruiting a Communications Assistant to support the team's basic communications-related work.
Responsibilities:
Media Relations
Provide media support to the Communications team, including:
Maintain and update media lists
Support media interviews and requests
Organize press events
Conduct research to support media analysis
Manage Chinese social media platforms, including:
Manage the AIIB Weibo account — create editorial calendar, execute on the calendar and provide monthly reporting
Campaign Support
Support project management of communications campaigns, including:
Procurement processing
Vendor communications
Budget support
Setting up of physical and virtual meetings
Provide media support to communications campaigns, covering media events, media invitation and registration, news monitoring, media kits preparation, etc.
Departmental Budget Support
Budget and expenses tracking
Support to annual budget planning
Regular financial reporting of departmental budget
Departmental Support
Logistics support to internal communications events
Departmental retreat organization and co-ordination
任职资格:
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of work experience, preferably in communications, event organizing, client management, project or campaign implementation, marketing or international relations, or related field.
Undergraduate degree or higher in English, Communications or Marketing from a reputable university.
Experience in project management or producing publications or videos, and/or managing websites.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to work independently.
Excellent written and oral English.
Organized and a multi-tasker; has good time management.
Flexible and able to adapt to changes as part of the production process.
Results focused and analytical thinker.
Strong teamwork and collaboration.
Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate and work with a diverse team.
