    AIIB would like to select suitable candidates to fill the position of Corporate Procurement Assistant. Monthly salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between RMB 12,000 and 17,000 yuan which is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated by applicants in the interview and experiences.

    Section 2 – Purpose of Job
    The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank whose mission is financing the Infrastructure for Tomorrow—infrastructure with sustainability at its core.     The Corporate Procurement Division (CPD) under Facilities and Administration Services Department is responsible for procurement of goods, works, consulting services and other services required by the Bank to fulfil its institutional requirements. The principles governing the Bank’s corporate procurement are based upon the Bank’s core values: Lean, Clean and Green. The objective of the Bank’s corporate procurement is to obtain the appropriate goods, works and services for the stated purpose, at the appropriate time and cost and in a manner that balances the overall institutional requirements for economy, efficiency, value for money, transparency, accountability, environmental and social sustainability. 

    Corporate Procurement Assistant is responsible for providing support to CPD staff in maintaining a seamless execution of procurement processes in accordance with the AIIB’ Policy, Directive and Administrative Guidance on Corporate Procurement. This position will actively contribute to the preparation of reports, communications, and will play an essential role in ensuring service excellence, and flexibly adapting to the diverse needs of stakeholders.

    Section 3 – Accountabilities & Responsibilities
    Maintain CPD SharePoint with all procurement-related documents.
    Support CPD staff in preparing sourcing requests, bidding documents, supplier registration, contract signing, and supplier performance reviews.
    Support Requesting Departments in addressing their concerns related to procurement processes.
    Maintain CPD Procurement Dashboard, collect and analyse procurement data, and generate reports as requested.
    Assist CPD staff in organizing and delivering training programs, scheduling internal and external meetings, prepare minutes of meetings and track procurement workflows.
    Assist CPD staff in contract distribution and signing, invoicing and payment processes, etc.
    Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor(s).


    任职资格:

    Section 4 – Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications
    Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in procurement or contract management, preferably in large financial institution or similar organization.
    University degree or equivalent in business administration, finance, law, or other relevant areas.
    Proficient in verbal and written English
    Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills as well as ability to juggle multiple priorities; Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; service orientation.
    Proven experience with Microsoft Office applications is a must.
    Basic knowledge and experience of international procurement practices is an advantage.
