The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has the mandate to foster sustainable economic development, create wealth and improve infrastructure connectivity in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive sectors and promoting regional cooperation and partnership.
The Finance Assistant (FA) reports to the Head of Financial and Data Management team in the Office of the Controller. FA will assist with maintaining the Bank’s Corporate Master Data, supporting the preparation of data for Accounts Receivable management, and performing a variety of assigned administrative and financial tasks. This role also involves basic coordination with other departments and IT service providers regarding system-related matters. Under the supervision of the Lead Finance Officer, the FA performs his/her duties in a consistent, accurate and timely manner.
The detailed responsibilities are as follow:
Assist with daily operations related to the Bank’s Corporate Master Data, including maintenance of bank-wide business partners and validation check of bank information.
Support communication with requesting departments regarding basic process updates and help with system enhancement requests related to Master Data and Accounts Receivable as needed.
Help prepare Accounts Receivable reports and assist in compiling data with initial analysis as requested.
Provide clarity on interpretation of policies related to Corporate Master Data and Accounts Receivable and if required escalate unresolved issues to supervisor for decision.
Ensure all process and system changes take the necessary risk control points into consideration based on internal control and external audit requirements.
Support periodic audit process. Follow-up on internal control points raised by external and internal auditors and update status periodically.
Assist with administrative tasks and undertake ad-hoc assignments at the discretion of the supervisor.
任职资格:
Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting/Finance/Business.
0 to 2 years of practical experience in finance or accounting.
Basic understanding of financial accounting principles and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with Microsoft; advanced Excel skills are a plus.
Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and the ability to manage tasks under tight deadlines.
Proficient in verbal/written English and Chinese.
Strong team player with effective communication skills.
