Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral institution with the mandate to foster sustainable economic growth in Asia by investing in infrastructure and other productive areas and promoting regional cooperation and partnerships.
The HR Assistant (outsourced) will provide a spectrum of daily operations and administrative support to the compensation and benefits (C&B) function within the Human Resources Department and work closely with the Bank’s HR professionals to provide excellent HR services.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support C&B team on staff salary budgeting, reporting and analysis.
Receive, review and process benefits applications (such as staff education allowance, staff home travel, staff loans, etc.).
Liaise between the Bank and benefits companies (insurance companies, retirement plan supplier, etc.).
Disseminates information that may require explanation and interpretation of established policies and direct individuals to sources of additional information.
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as assigned
任职资格:
Candidate Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree in human resources, administration, accounting, psychology, economics and other related fields from a reputable university;
1-2 years of HR payroll, compensation and benefits administration experience in large financial or multinational company.
Good numerical skill; ability to handle a huge number of data with accuracy and deadline commitment;
Strong communication skills both written and verbal in English are essential;
Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must;
High level of confidentiality commitment, integrity, sense of responsibility.
