Job Title: CLERK/TRANSLATOR
Organisation: AGRICULTURE SECTION, EMBASSY OF MALAYSIA, BEIJING
Salary Scale: RMB 5,480.00 to RMB 11,020.00;
Job Description:
- Administration
1.Handling office administration and organizing the office filing system.
2.Receive, dispatch, and file all correspondence.
3.Support overall office management activities.
4.Coordinate appointments with local stakeholders as per the directives given by the Agriculture Counselor / First Secretary.
5.Assist in the arrangement and facilitation of meetings with local authorities to strengthen bilateral ties
- Financial
6.Serve as a preparer for payment processing via the 1SPLN System.
7.Receive, record, and forward payment vouchers for review and approval.
8.Translate financial documents and receipts for payment purposes.
- Assets
9.Receive, log, and prepare asset and inventory reports.
- Translation
10.Receive, coordinate, and translate inquiries and correspondence related to trade and investment matters.
11.Translating written and verbal content between English and Mandarin, covering newspapers, magazines, letters, emails, and other documents related to agricultural and agro-food industry.
- Other Responsibilities
12.Assist with managing and circulating promotional content and informative updates across social media platforms effectively
13.Assist in coordinating and ensuring the ongoing collection of data and information regarding importers, exporters, distributors, and their associated entities through the ACOMS system.
14.Assist in coordinating and facilitating official visits and delegations from Malaysia.
15.Carry out other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirement Skills:
1. Experience and expertise in translation (written and oral)
2. Experience in administrative tasks and procedures.
3. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
4. Experience in accounting and financial principles.
5. Good in asset management, track record and substantial
6. 3-5 years’ working experience in an advantage
任职资格:
1. Diploma in Business Administration/ Management or equivalent
2. Advance/Intermediate Proficiency in English and Chinese language (written and oral)
3. Basic Proficiency in Malay language is an advantage
