The Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is a multilateral development bank whose mission is financing the Infrastructure for Tomorrow—infrastructure with sustainability at its core. Collaborating with partners, AIIB meets clients’ needs by unlocking new capital and investing in infrastructure that is green, technology-enabled and promotes regional connectivity. SPB Department is responsible for: (i) developing and monitoring the implementation of the Bank’s strategic agenda including its Corporate Strategy and implementation; (ii) developing and overseeing compliance with the Bank’s operational policies and procedures for the Bank’s infrastructure investment portfolio (non-treasury), including environmental, social, procurement and financial management;(iii) managing the Bank’s administrative budget to support the implementation of the annual business plan and strategic agenda.
Specific Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-The primary responsibility is to support the team in managing operational policy related business processes within the team’s areas of responsibilities, more specifically:
oSupport team in the process of operational policies update and development
oSupport team in maintaining the knowledge database for operational policies and related guidance which is made available to Bank staff and can be easily accessed
oRetrieve and prepare timely data, statistics, and information to support the policy knowledge sharing and analytical work within the Bank
oConduct analysis, independently or in teams, as requested by the manager
oSupport team in organizing training and knowledge sharing events related to operational policies
oUsing the full suite of available software (Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Cloud systems, etc.) to assist the team in data processing, data archive, and to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data and statistics in the team’s database
-In addition, the Assistant will also provide more general support to the team such as:
oManage specialists and senior specialists’ schedule, and maintain up-to-date files and records of all correspondence and documentation related to the office/department that the assistant is working for
oProvide logistic support (such as assisting in visa application, coordinating travel schedule, preparing all travel documents including travel memo, budget and expenses claims etc.) to the visiting Senior advisors
oProvide support for the organization of meetings, events, workshops and conferences
oSupport procurement actions and process invoices and maintain an up-to-date record of vendor payments
-Any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the supervisor(s)
任职资格:
Candidate Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above in related fields from a reputable university
-Minimum 1 year of relevant support experience in the international/financial institution
-Proficient in verbal/written English and Chinese
-Excellent interpersonal, diplomatic and organizational skills as well as ability to juggle multiple priorities
-Self-motivated and detail-oriented; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines; service orientation
-Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must
