    The Employee Relations (ER) Function of the Human Resources Department (HRD) is looking for an Human Resources (HR) Assistant to perform responsibilities under the oversight and guidance of the Senior Employee Relations Officer (SERO). Together with another assistant in the team, the assistant will work on one or several of the following areas, and will also have opportunities to further develop skills in other areas of the team’s work:

    Support for the Secretariats of the Grievance Coordination Committee (GCC), Early Review Mechanism (ERM) and Performance Review Panel (PRP)
    Dedicated administrative, procedural, and coordination support to the Secretariats of the GCC, ERM, PRP.
    Support the timely, orderly and confidential intake/registration, handling and document management of ERM and PRP cases, in accordance with the relevant Guidelines and Internal Legal Framework and data protection frameworks.
    Maintain organized, accurate, and up-to-date case records upholding the strictest standards for data protection.
    Manage and maintain organized documentation to support effective processes and procedures for the ERM and PRP, including document templates, flowcharts, surveys etc.
    Assist with the preparation and dispatch of correspondence related to GCC, ERM and PRP procedures and outcomes, and maintain a record of communications handled in strict accordance with confidentiality requirements.
    Compile presentation materials and other internal documentation or other as required, under the guidance of ER staff members.

    Support for Case Management
    Assist the ER Function in the administrative management and documentation required to manage staff matters, ensuring end-to-end case support for employee relations issues.
    Maintain a centralized case management system to track, monitor, and document all ER-related cases.
    Ensure timely and accurate data entry into case management databases, tracking key milestones, deadlines, actions taken, outcomes and lessons learned.
    Assist in generating regular/ad-hoc case management reports, and metrics for the SERO and HRD leadership to identify trends, case volumes, and process efficiencies.
    Assist in the development and continuous improvement of case management templates, checklists, workflows, and standard operating procedures to enhance the ER Function’s administrative effectiveness.

    Support for meetings related to ER, including with Management and Board of Directors
    Support the ER Function in the preparation and delivery of projects, presentations, summaries etc. on Bank matters including, but not limited to, presentations to BHRC, VPCAO, Senior Management etc.
    Facilitate effective, timely and tactful communication between HRD Business Units as well as stakeholders across the Bank.
    Stay informed of emerging technologies and methodologies that could improve ER and HR processes, digitization, efficiency and effectiveness.
    Prepare presentation materials and other internal documentation under the guidance of professional staff members.

    Support for the ER function
    As required, support the ER function to in any of work, including but not limited to organizing events and up meetings, managing the general ER function inbox, providing standard administrative replies confirming receipt, and as appropriate, contributing to the resolution of workplace conflicts and managing administrative grievances/complaints.


    任职资格:

    Requirements
    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
    Relevant experience, ideally in an international or multilateral context.
    Experience in Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Governance and/or IT project management is an advantage.
    Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to work as a team member, work proactively and plan ahead.
    A high level of attention to detail, and experience working with MS Office applications and videoconferencing solutions.
    Ability to work effectively under pressure and flexibly adapt working hours to accommodate business needs.
    Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive personnel or corporate information.
    Demonstrated high standards of ethics.
    Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university.
