工作职责:
Title: HR Assistant HRBP
Job Type: Outsourced
Department: HRD - Human Resources Department
Work Hours: 9:00 AM - 18:00 PM, Monday to Friday, Full-time
Location: Beijing, Chaoyang
Closing Date: August 21, 2026
Monthly Salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between: CNY 12000 - 17000
Responsibilities:
1. Administrative support:
o Assist the HRBP team with day-to-day tasks.
o Manage team calendar, expense claims, and procurement processes.
o Coordinate logistics for travel, activities, meetings, and events.
o Manage departmental stationary, workspace arrangement, and IT/non-IT assets.
2. Documentation and reporting:
o Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, and presentations.
o Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of HR files.
o Organize electronic and physical HR files.
3. Communication and correspondence:
o Respond to HR-related queries and redirect as necessary.
o Draft business correspondence, presentations, and memos.
o Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
o Follow up on tasks and action items.
4. Project coordination:
o Coordinate tasks and projects within the HRBP team.
o Track progress and meet deadlines.
o Facilitate communication among team members.
5. Collaboration and relationship management:
o Collaborate with COE assistants to provide efficient service.
o Support HRBP team in COE initiatives.
6. Miscellaneous tasks: Perform other assigned tasks as required.
任职资格:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, economics, international relationships, business analytics and other related fields from a reputable university.
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant administrative support experience/HR assistant in an international/financial institution. Candidate having working experience in HR will be an added advantage.
• Fast learner, able to adapt to change and team player.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, a high level of personal integrity and a sense of accountability, proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven experience with MS Office Applications is a must, experience in using SAP is a plus.
