Monthly Salary (before tax and social security insurance deduction) will be between: CNY 11000 - 15000
Specific Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Supporting daily operations and administrative work of the OPD’s Institutional Engagement & Cooperation Team and Resource Mobilization Team, including organizing meetings and preparing associated materials, coordinating internal departments to facilitate requested services, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, as well as undertaking analytical work related to key partnerships such as co-financing and ODA data, MDB trend, and partner profiles.
• Managing Officer(s)’ schedule, maintaining up-to-date files and records of all correspondence and documentation related to the office/department that the assistant is working for.
• Creating, maintaining and reviewing office documents, such as processing invoices and maintaining an up-to-date record of vendor payments; preparing expense/budget reports, memos, and other administrative record by collecting data from various tools and/or consolidating it into reports.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of OPD’s relevant digital platforms such as AIIB+, internal partnership database, MDB co-financing platform, and partnership-related pages in the AIIB website.
• Supporting the organization of seminars, conferences, workplans and business travels.
• Supporting the recruitment/procurement and monitoring of consultants, as well as coordinating their travel and meetings in relation to facility partnership work.
• Performing any other duties (including regular administrative work) as assigned by supervisors and staff.
任职资格:
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum bachelor’s degree in international relations, economics, public policy, development studies, business administration, social sciences, statistics, data analytics & management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of administrative work experience in a similar position in relevant organizations. Experience in multi-cultural organizations will be a significant plus.
• Excellent proficiency of professional writing and speaking of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and others).
• A high level of personal integrity, self-motivation, sense of responsibility and genuine commitment to corporate values of the AIIB.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to work within teams in a cooperative manner with a clear vision to add value. Ability to think independently while working under supervision.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
